We have scheduled our 2003 fan club outing for Friday, October 31, 2003 at Phoenix International Raceway from 5 – 6pm.

This event will be in conjunction with PIR After Dark.

We have reserved a hospitality tent inside the Midway area of PIR for the fan club event.  There will be a $23 per person charge for the event. 

Snack foods and soft drinks will be available.  This will be a private meeting for Ron Hornaday and his fan club members only.  Your cost of $23 will also give you complete access to PIR After Dark.

PIR After Dark is the ultimate multi-sensory NASCAR fan festival.  The event will showcase a vast choice of activities for all NASCAR enthusiasts and will feature drivers from the NASCAR Winston Cup, Busch & Craftsman Truck Series.

PIR After Dark begins at 5pm and ends at 10pm.  Drivers will be on hand from 7-8pm.    The event will kick off at 5pm with live music & interactive midway.  SPEED Channel will broadcast “Trackside Live” TV show from 6 -7 pm.  Driver autograph sessions will be from 7 – 8 pm.  8:30 – 10 pm will be live entertainment and the event will conclude at 10pm.  Several displays and activities will be available such as NASCAR simulators/show cars, kids zone, Trackside Live TV show, live entertainment and 1-800-PITSHOP.COM display.

We must have 100 members to sign up for the fan club outing to reserve a hospitality tent.  Please call us at 1-800-338-6016 today to sign up.  Deadline for registering is September 30, 2003.
