short-track ace Ron Hornaday will be back behind the wheel of
the #32 WINFUEL Chevrolet as the Braun Racing team competes in
one of the most exciting short track races of the season at

MILWAUKEE, WI (June 26, 2005)
– The weekend started off rough for most of the members of
the Braun Racing/WINFUEL team… to say the least. Team
members, including owner Todd Braun and crew chief Todd
Lohse, were on the team plane en route to Milwaukee early
Friday morning, when one of the engines experience problems
and the pilot was forced to make an emergency landing in
Cincinnati. Thankfully all team members reached the on the
ground safely, but they would not arrive in Milwaukee until
late Friday night.

into a race weekend as the defending race champion, and this
weekend Braun Racing will have Ron Hornaday behind the wheel
of the #32 WINFUEL Chevy. Coincidentally, Hornaday chased
down past Braun Racing drivers Shane Hmiel and David Stremme
in the closing laps of last years race at The Milwaukee Mile
to capture the Busch Series win. Stremme sat on the pole and
finished 2nd in the #32 Braun Racing car, while
Hmiel who drove for Braun Racing at the beginning of the
2005 season finished 3rd.
