CHRISTMAS EGG-NOG
Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
1 quart cream
1 quart milk
1 quart whiskey
2 oz. rum
1½ cups sugar

Directions
Separate egg yolks and whites.
Beat yolks until lemon colored.
Beat whites until stiff
Fold in 1 cup sugar to the yolks.
Fold in ½ cup sugar to the whites.
Add cream, milk, whiskey and rum to the yolks.
Fold in the whites mixture.
Prepare one week in advance.

CHRISTMAS PUNCH
Ingredients
Three 6oz cans frozen lemonade concentrate
1 package frozen strawberries
1 quart gingerale
Ice

Directions
Dilute the lemonade according to directions on the can.
Pour into punchbowl.
Stir in thawed strawberries.
Just before serving, add gingerale and ice.
Makes 1½ Gallons.

GRINCH Cookies (no bake like rice crispy squares)
 Ingredients
     1/2 cup butter
30 large marshmallows
1 1/2 teaspoons green food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups cornflakes cereal
2 tablespoons cinnamon red hot candies
 
   Directions

1 In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter and marshmallows.
Stir constantly until melted and remove from heat.

2 Add the food coloring, vanilla and corn flakes; mix well.
Remove from heat and drop mixture by the large Tablespoon onto wax paper.

3 With lightly buttered fingers, form into grinch head shape or that of a tear drop.
 
Be sure and make top notch of head be kinda scattered and spikey
OR make into one big grinch full body cake to cut up later.. Remember to give him a jolly belly  (if you do you need to work fast! ) 
Immediately decorate with choc chip candies for eyes and red hots for mouth.

Allow to cool and store in airtight container if keeping.

You could also use piped frosting to add santa hat and smurked smile to side of face  instead of red hots for mouth.
