Team Conseco will use chassis 1412 this weekend in the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This is a brand new car Team Conseco built specifically for the race at the Brickyard.

The team tested the primary (1412) and the backup (1407) two different times at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. After the first test, the crew took 1412 back to the shop changed the front clip. They returned to the speedway and consistently turned laps in the 175mph range, placing the Conseco Pontiac solidly in the top 10 on the speed chart
